Carrie (338/365)

Carrie Thackham: My cousin lived to be 103. She was always learning something new, like computers in her early 90's. Mostly her long life can be attributed to her Bohemian genes and her tenacity for life. Her newsy and rich handwritten letters will be greatly missed.

A picture beautifully painted. I love hand-written letters. I admire anyone who still writes them. I have several people I only correspond with through the USPS.

Me too! I will miss her handwritten notes and treasure the ones she sent me.
I make my own note cards and love sending/receiving handwritten notes.
